Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatically available for digitally delivered or non-tangible goods. Any refund requests will be reviewed at our sole discretion, taking into account the specific details and circumstances of your case.
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion and only if all of the following conditions are fully met:
- The request is made within 15 days of the original purchase.
- The issue is due to an inability to properly install the plugin or use its basic functionality.
- You have contacted our support team, made a reasonable effort to resolve the issue, and allowed us sufficient opportunity to assist you, but the issue remains unresolved.
No refunds will be issued after 15 days from the original transaction under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be provided if you simply do not like the product. All necessary information and demonstrations are available to help you decide if the product suits your needs. It is your responsibility to review the product details and ensure compatibility with your environment. Purchases should not be treated as trial use.
Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or other software do not qualify for a refund.
